We often run special promotions via offers or emails that include the use of promotional codes. Please note that most promotional codes have an expiry date after which they are not redeemable. Promotional codes may not be used in conjunction with discount codes as redeemable through affiliate and/or third party advertising channels.
Promotional codes remain the property of tamedlife.co.uk and are non-transferable and may not be reproduced in any form without prior consent from ourselves. We reserve the right to remove promotional codes at any time and without warning. We reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time.
Making an Order (terms and conditions)
All communication to you from tamedlife.co.uk will be addressed to your email address as supplied when you register. If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please contact us immediately. tamedlife.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
The technical steps required, creating the contract between you and us are as follows:
You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm button at the end of the checkout process.
We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from tamedlife.co.uk When your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
The identification of a pricing or product description error.
You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
tamedlife.co.uk reserves the right to restrict the number of items available for sale to any individual Customer.
Orders are normally dispatched by royal mail within 1 working day of the order date. Please allow up to 8 working days for delivery to the UK, 14 for orders within Western Europe and 20 for orders throughout the rest of the world.
VAT & Sales Taxes
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to import and/or sales taxes. We cannot pay these duties for you and your order may be subject to delay. We prepay VAT on all orders sent to a UK delivery address.
Please note that whilst Guernsey is not part of the European Union it is part of the Customs Territory of the European Community and therefore orders dispatched to countries within the EU are not liable for customs duties. Where Customs duties have been paid on imports into the European Union (EU), based on the customs value of the goods this incorrect charge will not be reimbursed.
